As Chief Compliance Officer, Barbara is responsible for overseeing the firm’s compliance operations including compliance with securities laws and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. She joined Pacific Global in 2001 and served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Pacific Advisors Funds prior to its liquidation in early 2020. Before joining Pacific Global she was President of Transamerica Financial Resources, a broker/dealer. She previously held management positions at Transamerica, Chubb Securities Corporation, and Concord (NH) National Bank. She received a B.S. degree from the University of Vermont and a M.B.A. from the University of New Hampshire.
